In this guided meditation based on our recent Secrets of the Aleph Bet, Rabbi Amichai leads us into the inner meaning of the Hebrew letter Vav, the letter of connection, alignment, and the vertical bridge between heaven and earth.

Recorded with the natural echo of a sound cave, this meditation invites us to experience the Vav not only as a letter, but as a living spiritual posture. Just as the human being stands upright, the Vav draws higher truth down into the heart, the body, and the nervous system.
