What Does the World Need Right Now?

Deepening our learning, doing our inner work, and sharing the light we carry.

What does the world need right now?
So many people are looking for direction and connection. We may feel that need in the people we work with, in our families, or in a conversation with someone who is trying to find their way. How can we bring more light into their lives? And what do we need to work on within ourselves to be able to help?
These questions are at the heart of the Live Kabbalah Practitioner Program.
When I speak about sharing light, I want to bring that into something we can recognize in daily life. It may be the patience to listen when someone is struggling to express themselves. It may be finding words that help a person understand a teaching, or giving them enough room to discover what it means in their own experience.
To do this with care, we need to keep learning. We need a real foundation in the teachings we hope to share, and the willingness to return to what we have studied with questions. What does this mean? Have I understood it clearly? How can I give it over in a way that remains faithful to its source and speaks to the person in front of me?
We also need to pay attention to ourselves.
Imagine that someone comes to you with a difficulty. Before they have finished speaking, you already have an explanation or a teaching in mind. There may be something valuable in what you want to share. There may also be a need within you to provide an answer, to feel useful, or to move quickly past something uncomfortable.
Can we notice that and keep listening?
This is one way our own inner work becomes relevant to how we support another person. We can begin to recognize our reactions, make room for what we are feeling, and choose our response with greater care. We can ask a question before offering an interpretation. We can allow a silence without immediately filling it.
I want us to have a place where we can explore this together, with depth, practice, and honest feedback.
The Practitioner Program brings together the study of Kabbalah and Chassidus, personal inner work, and learning how to share these teachings responsibly. Over eight months, we will study the foundations of this wisdom and explore how it can inform our lives and the work we do with others. Prayer, meditation, teaching, facilitation, and Soul Mapping are among the areas we will explore.
There is a weekly 90-minute live class and a monthly teaching and practice lab. The lab gives you a place to practice teaching, share what you are developing, and receive support and feedback.
Some of you already teach, coach, lead a community, or support people in a professional practice. You may be looking for a deeper spiritual foundation for that work. Others may feel drawn to share what you have learned without yet knowing what form it will take. You are welcome to begin with that question.
For close to thirty years, I have worked in education. I want to share the teachings and tools that have shaped my work, while helping you discover how to bring them to life in your own way.
The founding cohort begins the week of 8 November 2026. If this speaks to something you are looking for, I invite you to read about the program, explore the curriculum, and reach out with your questions.
