Kabbalah: Ancient Spiritual Wisdom for Today

What is a Light Warrior? Who were the great masters of Kabbalah, and why does their wisdom matter now more than ever? This opening week grounds you in the foundations — the living tradition of Kabbalah as a path of inner transformation, not just ancient philosophy. Live opening class: Sunday, June 21, 7:30 PM Israel. Includes guided meditation: I Am Breathing.

Week 2

The Purpose of Creation

Why does the world exist? Explore the five reasons for creation, the constant recreation of the universe happening in every moment, and the evolution of your soul through it all. This week opens the door to understanding your place inside the bigger picture. Includes guided meditation: Finding Presence Within & Constant Recreation

Week 3

From Singularity to Duality

Before the world was created, there was only the Infinite — Ain Sof. Learn the foundational Kabbalistic teachings of the Tzimtzum (the great contraction) and how the One became many. This is the origin story of all of existence, and it changes how you see everything. Includes guided meditation: The Condensation for the Sake of Revelation

Week 4

Returning to the Tree of Life

Map the full Tree of Life — the Sefirot, the worlds of Tohu and Tikun (chaos and repair), and the soul’s path back to unity consciousness. This week gives you the spiritual architecture that the rest of the journey builds upon. Includes guided meditation: The Tree of Life Meditation

Live Integration Class

We Are Made in the Image of the Divine

You are not just a body with a soul — you are a soul with a body. Explore the five levels of soul, the Sefirot as a blueprint for self-discovery, and what it means to be made in the image of G-d. Week 6

The Spiritual Evolution

Journey through the Four Worlds of Kabbalistic consciousness — from the physical to the divine. Learn how to cultivate self-awareness through the ten luminous Sefirot and begin the sacred work of Tikun Hanefesh — the healing of the soul. Includes guided meditation: Tikun Hanefesh Meditation

Cultivating Belief & Trust | Emunah & Bitachon

What is true faith? What does it mean to actually trust? This week takes you into the heart of Emunah (belief) and Bitachon (trust) — two of the most transformative forces in the spiritual life. Week 8

Prayer & Meditation

Prayer is not asking for things — it is binding yourself to G-d. Explore the essence of prayer, the path of Devekut (spiritual alignment), and the history and practice of Kabbalistic meditation.
