Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Live Kabbalah. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.livekabbalah.com, including all content, courses, programs, services, and features offered through the site (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Description of Services

Live Kabbalah, founded by Rabbi Amichai Cohen and Miriam Cohen, provides online educational content related to Kabbalah, Jewish mysticism, meditation, and spiritual development. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

Online courses and self-paced learning programs
The Light Warrior community and membership programs
Soul Mapping sessions and 1:1 coaching
Integrative therapy and coaching sessions with Miriam Cohen
Blog content, guided meditations, and audio teachings
Live events, retreats, and tours
Free and paid digital resources

Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Keep your password secure and confidential
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Purchases and Payments

Pricing

All prices for courses, programs, and services are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are displayed in US Dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment processor.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our courses and content, all sales are generally final. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with a course or program, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at [email protected] to discuss your concerns. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

For 1:1 sessions (Soul Mapping, coaching, therapy), cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Subscription Services

If you subscribe to a recurring membership or program (such as the Light Warrior Circle), you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, course materials, meditations, and software, is the property of Live Kabbalah or its content creators and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content without our prior written consent
Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer any content
Use any content for commercial purposes without authorization
Share, resell, or redistribute course materials, login credentials, or membership access

User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree to:

Use the Services only for lawful purposes
Respect the privacy and rights of other users and community members
Not upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
Not interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
Maintain the confidentiality and sacred nature of teachings shared in private sessions and community spaces

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Live Kabbalah makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services.

Not Professional Advice

The content provided through Live Kabbalah is for educational and spiritual enrichment purposes only. It is not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Soul Mapping sessions and coaching are spiritual and educational in nature and should not be considered a substitute for licensed professional services.

Miriam Cohen's integrative therapy sessions are provided within the scope of her professional qualifications. Please consult with appropriate licensed professionals for specific medical or mental health concerns.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Live Kabbalah, its founders, instructors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Live Kabbalah, its founders, instructors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
