In this class, we explored the Holy name of Hashem, the Tetragrammaton - YKVK.

King David says, "Shiviti Hashem L'negdi Tamid—I keep in front of me always." This ancient practice is taught in the Kabbalistic books and the Shulchan Aruch, the code of Jewish law that requires meditating on this Divine name and keeping it always in front of us.

Join us as we learn and integrate via meditation and a deeper meaning to the word "Shiviti" based on the teachings of the Ba'al Shem Tov ✨ and a deep guided meditation/ visualization of the name within our body and our foreheads.
